Histopatologi Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) Asal Loa Kulu Kutai Kartanegara Kalimantan Timur yang diinjeksi Produk Ekstraselular (ECP) dan Intrasellular (ICP) Bakteri Aeromonas hydrophila

The aim of the research is to know about the nila tilapia histopathology which injected with ECP and ICP Aeromonas hydrophila. Product of ECP was get from A. hydrophila bacteria culture on TSA and TSB ware incubated 24, 48 hour, slurry was centrifuge with 10000 g, 30 minuts on 4oC and room temperature for ICP. The supernatant was filter with filter paper 0.45 ┬Ám and than nila tilapia ware injected on intraperitoneal with 0.2 mL/fish of ECP and ICP. fish histopathology (ayes, brain and spleen) was observed on day 2, 4 and 6 after injected. The fish brain showed abnormality on day 2 after injected with ECP and the same histopathology on ICP injected showed on day 4. The conclusion is ECP of A. hydrophila caused damage on brain and spleen nila tilapia faster than ICP and time incubation effluence of ECP and ICP production.
